This section says “About Me”, but my business plan is “About You”. Real Estate is a service responsibility and placing the client first is the only logical business plan. The opportunity to work with someone in the purchase of their home is a big responsibility. Loyalty to my client’s best needs and wishes is paramount and Jennifer and I often continue friendships with our clients after their home is sold.
Matthew Rathbun is the Vice President at Coldwell Banker Elite. Matthew has achieved a high level of real estate related education and service and speaks frequently through out Virginia and surrounding states on trends and issues facing real estate. He has been published in national, state and local resources on his views on the real estate industry and training issues. With many years of experience he has helped clients escape foreclosure and other distressed property issues, as well as working with clients who have affordable housing needs.

I am very impressed with this website. It is a given fact that you guys very seldom come down for a landing and when you do, it is so you can spend time together with your lovely children (by the way, I am impressed by all of your kids). However, I would like sometime to visit the Rathbun hangar to discuss your website.
