Comcast Internet Update: Users Can Signup Soon!

Gary,
The Caroline County project is coming together at a pace that will allow us to have the planned project completed in the fourth quarter of 2011 as previously discussed. Over the past few weeks, I have been working with our internal departments to make sure all aspects of the project are coming together to ensure smooth installation processes for the residents of Caroline County.
The construction is on schedule and we will be ready to provide channel line-up and pricing notifications in the next couple of weeks. As we have discussed, a part of the project requires us to change where we generate our service from and thus will require us to make adjustments to channel positioning. In order to do this, we are required to communicate these channel line-up changes 30-days prior to the effective date and to all affected parties, including current customers and broadcasters. In addition to that requirement, we also need to be cognizant of the broadcast networks “Sweeps” period from June 30 through July 27 during which time we are prohibited from making any broadcast programming changes. Based on these timetables, our plan is to notify customers of the channel lineup and pricing information in Belmont and Caroline Pines in the next couple of weeks and plan to begin installation of customers in those areas in August.
We are working hard to provide quality service to you in Caroline County and will do everything possible to deliver the product as quickly as possible.
