An old listing popped up as new today. When a home is taken off the market for 3 months, then the days on market are refreshed and start all over. I saw one home like this this morning. I had been in this home last year. What caught my eye was that it was a waterfront home for under $300,000.
So I ran a list of waterfront in Caroline County under $300K, and I found 7! Some of these are on the little Lake Landor ponds, but some are on the large body of Lake Caroline!
And I also found 2 waterfront rentals – both under $1600 per month.
I thought I would share the link in case anyone was thinking that waterfront was too far out of reach! This may be your opportunity….
